Campaigns that send people to a page that can convert

Guvantic runs Google Ads, social ads and email. Each campaign has one offer, a landing page, and tracking so you can see what the spend produced.

Ad accounts stay in your name. We do not promise a cost per lead or a return on ad spend.

What does digital marketing cover here?

Digital marketing here means the paid and email work that asks someone to take a next step: a search ad, a social ad, or an email to a list you have permission to contact. Guvantic plans the campaign, checks the page it lands on, and reports the enquiries the tracking recorded.

A useful campaign does three jobs. It reaches people who might want the offer, it sends them to a page that matches the ad, and it records what they did. We plan every campaign around those three jobs.

What we build

Six types of campaign work we take on most often.

1

Google Ads

Search and, when it fits, display or YouTube campaigns for one offer, with a daily budget and a page to land on.

2

Social media ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns aimed at a defined audience, with creative sized for the placement.

3

Email campaigns

Messages to a list you have permission to contact, with one clear action and a working unsubscribe.

4

Landing pages

A page that matches the ad, loads on a phone, and asks for the enquiry or purchase. If the site needs that page built, we scope it with web development.

5

Conversion tracking

Events for the form, the call or the purchase, checked before spend starts so the report counts real actions.

6

Alongside organic search

Paid campaigns can run next to the longer work of being found in Google and in AI answers. That organic work is our SEO, AEO and GEO.

What every campaign from Guvantic includes

These are part of the standard build, not paid extras.

One offer per campaign

Each campaign points at one offer and one next step, so the click and the page say the same thing.

Accounts in your name

Ad, email and analytics accounts stay yours. We work inside them with access you can remove.

A written budget

The media budget and the management fee are separate lines, agreed before launch.

Phone-ready landing page

The page is checked on a phone before ads point at it. A slow or unclear page is fixed first.

Audience notes

Who the campaign is for, and who it should exclude, is written into the setup.

Approved copy

Headlines, descriptions and emails are approved by you before they are published.

Conversion check

We send a test enquiry and confirm it appears in the report before the budget is raised.

A monthly report

Spend, clicks and recorded enquiries or purchases, split by campaign.

How a campaign project works

Tracking and the landing page are checked before the budget goes live.

Six step timeline from discovery call to launch and a monthly report

1. Discovery call

Thirty to forty-five minutes. We ask what you sell, who buys it, and what a useful enquiry looks like.

2. Scope and budget

We name the channels, the monthly media budget and the fee, and you approve that in writing.

3. Tracking and page

We connect analytics, confirm the conversion event, and check the landing page on a phone.

4. Launch

Approved campaigns go live at the agreed budget. Nothing publishes before you sign off the copy.

5. Review

We read the first results and pause or adjust the parts that spend without recorded enquiries.

6. Report

You get the monthly numbers and a short note on what should change next.

Google Ads, social ads or email

Each channel suits a different kind of demand. Many projects use more than one.

OptionBest forWorkOutputMain limit
Google AdsPeople already searching for the serviceKeywords, ads and a search landing pageClicks from search intentCosts rise when many advertisers want the same term
Social adsAn audience that is not searching yetAudience, creative and a short offerClicks or messages from that audienceThe audience has to be specific or the spend spreads thin
EmailPeople who already know you and agreed to hear from youA list, a message and one actionReplies, visits or purchases from that listIt cannot reach people who never opted in

How to choose the right approach

A short guide to deciding between paid campaigns and organic search.

Paid campaigns make sense when

  • You have an offer you can explain in one sentence
  • You need enquiries before organic pages have had time to be indexed
  • You can name who should see the ad and who should not
  • You can fund a media budget separately from the management fee

Organic search is the better first step when

  • You want to be found in Google and in AI answers over time
  • There is no budget for ongoing ad spend
  • The site needs pages and technical search setup more than ads
  • You would rather invest in content you keep than in clicks that stop when the budget stops

Tools and platforms we work with

Campaigns run in Google Ads, Meta ads, and email. YouTube or LinkedIn is added only when the audience is there. Reporting uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.

  • Google Ads
  • Meta ads
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • Email
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Looker Studio

What a campaign project costs

A fixed management fee. The money spent on ads is separate and stays in your account.

One channel

Google Ads, social ads or email, with tracking and a monthly report. Quoted after the discovery call.

Search and social together

Two channels aimed at the same offer, with a shared landing page and one report.

Monthly management

Ongoing changes, new creative and the monthly report. The media budget stays a separate payment to the ad platform.

Ad spend is paid by you to the ad platform. It is listed as its own line and is not part of the management fee.

What we measure

The report uses numbers from your ad account and analytics. It does not include a promised cost per lead.

  • Amount spent, by campaign, in the ad account
  • Clicks and the landing page they reached
  • Recorded enquiries, calls or purchases from the conversion event
  • Campaigns paused because they spent without a recorded action
  • The landing page check on a phone, done before launch

You own the ad accounts

When the engagement is running, and if it ends, the accounts and the approved copy stay in your hands.

  • Ad and email accounts are in your name
  • You can see spend without asking us for a screenshot
  • You receive the campaign list and the approved copy
  • Access can be removed if the engagement ends
  • Ownership terms are stated in the project agreement

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what clients ask us before a project starts.

What does a digital marketing engagement include?

It includes the campaigns we agree, the landing page those clicks land on, and the tracking that records an enquiry, a call or a purchase. Google Ads, social ads and email can be combined or run on their own. The channels, the budget and the offer are written down before anything goes live.

How much does digital marketing cost in India?

The management fee depends on the number of channels and the number of campaigns. Ad spend is separate and is paid to the ad platform from an account in your name. We quote the fee after a discovery call and list the expected media budget as its own line.

Do you guarantee leads or a return on ad spend?

No. Results depend on the offer, the audience, the landing page and the competition. We set up tracking so you can see spend, clicks and recorded enquiries, and we change what the numbers show is not working. We do not promise a cost per lead.

Which platforms do you advertise on?

The usual set is Google Ads, Meta ads for Facebook and Instagram, and email to a list you already have permission to contact. LinkedIn or YouTube is added only when the audience is actually there. We do not open a channel just to fill a package.

Will the ads send people to my current website?

Yes, when a page on your site already matches the offer and loads quickly on a phone. If it does not, we scope a landing page with our web development service before the spend starts, so the click has somewhere useful to go.

How is this different from SEO, AEO and GEO?

Digital marketing is paid and email demand you can start once tracking is in place. SEO, AEO and GEO is the organic work of being crawled, answered and cited. They can run together, and they are quoted separately so the ad budget is not mixed with the organic fee.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Google Ads, Meta and the email tool are opened in your name, or access is added to accounts you already have. You can see the spend, and you keep the accounts if the engagement ends. Ownership is written into the agreement before launch.

Can you email people who have not asked to hear from us?

No. Email goes to a list you have permission to contact. Every message has a working unsubscribe. We do not buy lists.

How often will I see a report?

A monthly report is part of a retained engagement. It shows spend, clicks and the enquiries or purchases the tracking recorded, by campaign. We agree the day of the month in the scope so the report is not a surprise.

How long before a campaign can launch?

Tracking and the landing page have to work first. A simple search or social campaign can launch after those are checked, on the date we agree. A larger set of campaigns takes longer because each one needs its own audience and page.

Do you write the ads and the emails?

Yes, when copy is in the scope. You approve the offer, the claims and the creative before anything is published. We do not invent prices, discounts or results that you have not confirmed.

What do you need from me to start?

We need the offer, who it is for, the monthly media budget you are willing to spend, and access to the site and analytics. A short discovery call is enough to start, and we send a written scope afterward.
