Mobile App Development

Mobile apps built to feel native on iOS and Android

Guvantic designs and builds customer apps for iPhone and Android. Each one is planned for daily use, keeps working when the connection drops, and is submitted to the App Store and Google Play.

Built with React Native and Flutter, with native access to the camera, GPS, biometrics and push notifications.

What does a mobile app development company do?

A mobile app development company designs, builds and maintains applications for iPhone and Android. That covers the screens, the code, accounts, payments, notifications and the submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Guvantic builds customer, delivery and booking apps, and stays on after release to fix and update them.

A useful app does three jobs. It opens quickly, it makes the next step obvious, and it still works when the network is poor. We plan every screen around those three jobs.

What we build

Six types of apps we take on most often.

1

Customer mobile app

An app your customers open for an account, orders, bookings or support, with a layout that is clear on a phone screen.

2

Delivery app

Screens for placing an order, following its status and confirming delivery, with the updates your team needs to run the day.

3

Booking app

A way for customers to see availability, book a time and get a reminder, with a simple view for the person managing the calendar.

4

Apps with payments

Checkout inside the app for products, services or bookings, using the payment path the App Store and Google Play allow for that purchase.

5

Offline-first apps

Screens that keep working when the network drops, then sync the saved changes when the phone is online again.

6

Apps connected to a website

Shared accounts, orders and content between the app and your site. We can also connect the app to web development.

What every app from Guvantic includes

These are part of the standard build, not paid extras.

iOS and Android

The app is built for iPhone and Android, then tested on real devices before it is submitted.

One shared codebase

React Native or Flutter so both stores can ship from one project, instead of two separate builds.

Smooth interaction

Screens are built for fluid motion, with 60fps animation as the target on the devices your customers use.

Offline use

Local data stays on the phone and syncs when the connection returns, for the screens agreed in the scope.

Native device features

Camera, GPS, biometrics and other phone features, requested only when a screen needs them.

Push notifications

Order updates, booking reminders and other messages your business needs to send.

Payments

A secure payment step where the app sells something, set up to follow store billing rules.

Store submission

Listing, screenshots and review notes prepared for the Apple App Store and Google Play.

How an app project works

The timeline is agreed in writing after the discovery call.

Six step timeline from discovery call to store submission and support

1. Discovery call

Thirty to forty-five minutes. We ask who will use the app, what job it should do, and which phone features it needs.

2. Scope and design

We agree the screens and flows, then design the key screens in Figma for your approval.

3. Build

We build the app in React Native or Flutter, connect the APIs, and add the device features in the scope.

4. Review and testing

Your team reviews a test build. We test on real iPhones and Android phones and check offline use, payments and notifications.

5. Store submission

We submit to the App Store and Google Play, then handle review notes that fall inside the agreed scope.

6. Support

We fix issues after release and stay available for updates. Ongoing care is available as a monthly plan.

React Native, Flutter or a native build

Each option suits a different app. We recommend the one that fits, even when it is not the largest build.

How to choose the right approach

A short guide to deciding between one shared codebase and a native build.

A shared codebase makes sense when

  • The same screens should ship on iPhone and Android
  • You want one team maintaining one codebase
  • The app uses accounts, lists, forms, maps or payments
  • You may add a website that shares the same data

A native build makes sense when

  • The app depends on a device feature a shared framework does not cover well
  • iOS and Android need different flows
  • You already have a native app that should be extended
  • The interface must use only the system controls on each phone

Tools and platforms we work with

We choose the stack for each project based on the screens, the device features and who will maintain the app. Common choices include React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android, the Apple App Store, Google Play, push notifications, the camera, GPS, biometrics and payments.

  • React Native
  • Flutter
  • iOS
  • Android
  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play
  • Push notifications
  • Camera
  • GPS
  • Biometrics
  • Payments

What an app project costs

Fixed scope and fixed price for the build. Support is billed monthly.

Customer app

Screens for an account and the main job of the app, on iOS and Android. Quoted in writing after the discovery call.

Delivery or booking app

Scoped after the discovery call and design stage. Includes the status updates or calendar the business needs to operate.

Maintenance

Monthly updates, store releases and small changes after the app is live.

Apple and Google developer fees, and third party subscriptions, are billed at cost and listed as separate lines in every quote.

Ready for the App Store and Google Play

Store approval is part of the project, not a step we leave to you after the code is done.

  • The app is tested on real iPhones and Android phones before submission
  • Permissions are limited to the camera, location or biometric features the screens use
  • The store listing, screenshots and review notes are prepared with you
  • Payments follow the billing rules of the App Store or Google Play for that purchase
  • Review feedback that is part of the agreed scope is fixed and resubmitted

You own your app

When the project ends, everything needed to run the app is in your hands.

  • Apple and Google developer accounts can be registered in your name
  • You receive the source code and written documentation
  • Your team gets a walkthrough on the release
  • Store access is transferred to you
  • Ownership terms are stated in the project agreement

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what clients ask us before a project starts.

How much does mobile app development cost in India?

The cost depends on the number of screens, the features, and whether one codebase can serve both iOS and Android. Delivery, booking and payment features are quoted after a discovery call. Apple and Google developer fees, and any paid services, are listed separately in every quote.

How long does it take to build a mobile app?

The timeline is set in writing after the discovery call. It depends on the number of screens, how quickly your team reviews designs, and how long Apple and Google take to review the store submission. We set review dates at the start so the plan stays visible.

Should I choose React Native or Flutter?

Both can ship one app to iOS and Android. We recommend React Native when the app should share patterns with a React or Next.js website. We recommend Flutter when the interface needs very custom drawing and animation. The choice is made after the discovery call, based on the features you need.

Do you build for both iOS and Android?

Yes. Most projects use React Native or Flutter so one codebase runs on iPhone and Android. When a feature needs the native platform, we add that part for the store that requires it. Both apps are tested on real devices before submission.

Will the app work without an internet connection?

Yes, when the feature needs it. We design offline-first screens so people can keep using the app when the network drops, then sync the saved data when the connection returns. Which screens work offline is agreed in the scope.

Can you add payments to the app?

Yes. We add secure payment flows for the products or bookings the app sells. Store rules decide whether a purchase must use Apple or Google billing or can use another gateway. Those rules are checked before the build starts.

Do you submit the app to the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. We prepare the listing, screenshots and review notes, then submit the app. Apple and Google make the approval decision. If a review comes back with changes, we fix the items that are part of the agreed scope and resubmit.

Who owns the app after it is built?

You do. The Apple and Google developer accounts can be registered in your name, and you receive the source code, documentation and store access at handover. The ownership terms are written into the project agreement before work begins.

Can the app send push notifications?

Yes. We set up push notifications for the messages your business needs to send, such as order updates or booking reminders. Your team gets a way to send the messages that were included in the scope.

Can the app use the camera, GPS or biometrics?

Yes. React Native and Flutter can use native device features, including the camera, location and biometric unlock. We only request the permissions the feature needs, and we explain each permission in the store listing.

Can you connect the app to our website?

Yes. The app can share accounts, orders and content with your website through an API. If you also need the website built or rebuilt, that can be scoped with our web development service.

What do you need from me to start?

We need the job the app should do, the people who will use it, and any screens or flows you already have in mind. A logo and brand colors help the design. A short discovery call is enough to start, and we send a written scope afterward.
